We have been working as solicitors since 1981, and as attorneys: Yancheva – since 1985, and Yanchev – since 1992.
Our professional carrier has basically developed during the Bulgarian transition to democracy and market economy, and more specifically during the drastic change of Bulgarian legislation. Practicing in the complex conditions before and after 1990 has enriched our life and professional experience which is our chief value. We have always aspired to follow the professional principles of independence, high quality, complex approach and expedience. To us, the profession of the attorney is a constant challenge and a modest attempt for obtaining harmony and justice.
We are pleading and consulting attorneys. We have been working in close and constant cooperation. Each of us has his/her own specific legal career which includes the professions legal adviser, executive magistrate, examining magistrate and attorney. This enables us to practice in a wide range of the law separately and together, as we are able to replace each other, offering diverse legal services. Throughout our whole legal career until the year 2006, besides the legal advices we have given, we have worked on more than 3500 legal cases, most of which have been related with suits as well as with litigation representation before all possible court instances in the Republic of Bulgaria.
When necessary we cooperate with other attorneys offices in the bigger cities in the country.
Our first language is Bulgarian, and we speak English /Yanchev/ and Russian /Yancheva, Yanchev/.
