"Osmar Ltd" has been registered by the Vichev Brothers in the Shoumen Court in the year 1994. № 28 /09.02.1994 .

Manager of the company is Dimitrin Vichev, and the Executive Director is Vichko Vichev. The entrepreneurial skill in the wine making they inherit, as a family tradition from 150 years.

After the denationalization the wine cellar starts making the known from the old days Osmar Wines. In the beginning of 1994 has been made 200 000 l wine, and in 1998 more than 500 000 l. This exceed the capacity of the old base, and in 1999 has been build new modern cellar, combining in itself the classical wine making- oak barrels, new technologies of the proccessing and bottling the wine. The capacity of the cellar now is 1.5 million bottles for year, currently only 500 000 bottles per year reached.

The goals of Vichev Brothers aim mainly wine making - following the traditions of the wine makers from Osmar village, combined with the modernization of the technological proccess, as well as expending the markets , both domestic and international;
viticulture - establishing in the coming three years about 500 hectars vinyards, and last but not least tourizm -building three hotels at the Golden Sands resort near Varna, in the National Park "Kjoshkovete" near Shoumen and one in the village of Osmar.
