ALEX-RSP LLC was founded in Bulgaria in 1991 with the basic object of activity - construction. From the day of its foundation our company is dealing with construction engineering and investment - purchasing and contracting parcels of land, the study and construction of buildings, and the sale of the constructed sites on the real property market. We have completed a number of construction sites in Burgas, and on the entire South Black Sea coast; and recently, also in Sofia.

Our organisation makes use of a company-owned material and technical basis, and enjoys qualified personnel. We engage ourselves in complete building - to begin with the rough construction, and end with the most precise finishing work. The design of the future buildings is carried out by well-established designer's teams. We apply the approved classical method of monolithic construction, and simultaneously, make use of all modern materials and technologies, well-established in the European construction practice. The buildings' entire facade is heat insulated which guarantees minimum heating costs. Water-supply and heating systems are made of polyethylene and polypropylene pipes and elements guaranteeing the systems' environmentalism, long life and aesthetics.

We make use of PVC window and door frames of the highest grade. The apartments and houses are delivered with reinforced front doors and veneered interior doors. We work with the latest and most reliable waterproofing materials, as well as with fa?ade polymer plasters of the highest grade. Our company is also engaged in road and water engineering.
