"VIA PLAN" LTD. - Sofia City was founded on December the 19th 1994, with Decision on Company Case No.24042/1994 year of the "Sofia City Court" - Bulgaria. Subject of activities are: Road design and Consultant services.

Company "VIA PLAN" LTD. is specialized in designing of motorways, all kinds of roads, road constructions and streets. Subject of activities are also designing of all attendant technical infrastructures, connected with new construction or reconstruction of road projects - electric supply and lines of communication, aerial and underground power lines, water-supply systems and sewerage systems. The company has experience in designing roadsides projects and buildings.


400 km road from the "National Road Network" - rehabilitation and new construction according to Programs "Transit Roads II and III", Program " PHARE - CBC", Programs "Capital Construction" and "Basic Repair" of the "Roads" Executive Agency - Bulgaria have been designed by the company until now. "VIA PLAN" LTD. is in contact with numerous districts and municipalities all over the country. It solves their transport and communication problems. From the designed by "VIA PLAN" LTD. roads, 90 km are already built. About 80km of the roads are being under construction at the moment.
