Iltokoni focuses on the cultivation of herbs, aromatic plants, essential oils and spices. Approximately 80% of the company's products are grown in the wild throughout Bulgaria. The remaining 20% is cultivated on large tracts of land owned by the company or owned by private individuals.

The wildgrowing products are bought up from local herbgatherers and specialists in herb procession, and come from all regions of the country. During the harvesting season the company professionals exert control to guarantee that the products are from medicinal species and kinds, and that they are gathered and preserved in the best conditions.

At Iltokoni's production facility the complete production process is conducted in a controlled environment. Gathering, drying, cleaning, sorting, sieving, and packaging is completed at the facility.

Each stage of production is monitored by the company's management to ensure a high level quality. The emphasis on quality has produced results as the company currently exports its products throughout Europe to countries such as Germany and France.
