The sole-trader limited liability company “GEORGIEV ENGINEERING” SLTD was registered on 19 June 1998 at Yambol District Court with the following scope of trade: building mechanization and mechanized agricultural and forest services.

IVAN SLAVOV GEORGIEV is the sole proprietor of the capital and manager of the company. He has graduated in Angel Kanchev Technical University, ruse, specialty Management of Service Machinery and Equipment.

For the time of its existence the company operates within the scope of its trade. It takes part in the construction of some sections of Trakia motorway, provides re-cultivation services in Maritsa East Mines, performs land-reclamation works in the national forests, builds water pools, re-cultivation of dung-hills, etc.

Since 2004 the company gives priority to eradication of old vine-plantations and soil preparation for creating new vine massifs. The company takes part in the creation of about 80,000 decares of vine massifs.
