EKOAL OOD was established in1994 with head office located in the town of Razgrad and several branches in the towns of Silistra, Byala (Rousse District), Isperih (Razgrad District), and Haskovo.

Main activity of the company – domestic and export trade with bearings, rubber products, glues and silicones, grease and oil products, filters and filtering elements, roller-chains, V-belts, hoses for high and low pressure, electrodes and cutting-off wheels, fixing elements, tools, fittings and spare parts for the industry, transport and agriculture. The main office of the company is set up in a town and its geographical location converts it into a transport and communicative center of its own in Northeastern Bulgaria. The company is privately owned and is run solely by its partners. After the company registration EKOAL OOD acquires the company shares of the sole proprietor Ivailo Ivanov, registered in 1991 and manages to continue business successfully.

The company owns its trade mark in the Patent Agency in the Republic of Bulgaria under N 21726/07.04.1994 г and has a registration in the Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises under N 638/28.07.03. At the moment the company is in the process of implementing Quality Control and Management System and is awaiting to be awarded its international certificate for compliance with EN ISO 9001:2000 international directives.
