The Bulgarian National Revenue Agency (NAP) has announced tenders in some cities for properties that have been seized.
The NAP office in the Bulgarian Black Sea city of Burgas has announced that it is selling a sauna, gym, cafe, underground garage, three apartments and two studios, all located in the Bansko resort.
The properties have been owned by a construction company from the Black Sea city of Nessebar, which has a debt of more than BGN 2 M to the National Revenue Agency (NAP).
The three apartments range between 55 sq.m. to 98 sq.m. Their initial tender prices start from BGN 57,528 to BGN 101,824.
The two studios are of 57,37 sq.m. and of 41,28 sq.m. Their initial tender prices are BGN 59,704 and BGN 42,883 respectively.
The underground garage is located on an area of 557,83 sq.m. and its initial tender price is BGN 94,352.
The candidate buyers could inspect the properties and submit their bids until September 20. The deposit for participation in the tender is 20% of the initial tender price.
The NAP office in the city of Plovdiv has announced a tender for a BMW X5, which has been seized during a human traffic attempt from Turkey.
The car is produced in 2002, with an engine capacity of 3000 cubic cm, diesel. Its initial tender price is BGN 25,000 and the deposit for participation is BGN 5,000.
The National Revenue Agency has also announced that for the first eight months of 2010 it collected more than BGN 80 M from sale of assets, seized commodities and fines from the Traffic Police.
