Thanks to the meticulous selection of our staff and freelancers, the strict observation of introduced procedures (ISO 9001:2000) and well-defined responsibilities of each of our employees we have managed to set up an organization of work, which gives us the opportunity to perform complex and large-scale projects. The detailed inventories and carefully entered necessary details allow us and our clients to have clear and precise information about the specific project at each stage of its implementation.

Each order is registered under a unique identification number. The acceptance and delivery certificate contains all necessary details – date of placing the order, source and target language, names and abbreviations, deadline and manner of acceptance and delivery, etc., as well as all specific requirements of the client. Once the details have been set forth, the project coordinators take to first-hand organization. They assign the tasks through certificates, define the terms of implementation and exercise ongoing control over the process.

They maintain immediate contact with the client possibly for consultation, specifications and current changes. The translated texts are then additionally checked and if the client wishes so are sent for his expert opinion and assessment. Once finalized all documents and texts are handed over in the way as set forth in advance.
