Ravda is a small resort-village situated 5 km from the most popular Bulgarian Black Sea resort Sunny Beach, and 3 km away from the UNESCO protected ancient town of Nessebur. During the winter the population of the village is 2000 people but during the summer season it grown dramatically. The resort is famous for arranging international camps. Ravda is practically part of the location gaining popularity as the Bulgarian Riviera; it consists of many resorts situated 1, 1.5 km from one another: Elenite, Paradise Beach, St Vlas, Zora, Sunny Beach, Ravda, Aheloi.
