Created in 1950 and privatized in 1998, today “BAMEX” JSC succeed in confirming as one of the key casting factory in Bulgaria which is producing details for mechanical, quarry and road-building industry.

The company is specialized in production and trade of ferous and non-ferous metals. Combining of high-qualified team of technical and economical experts, we are in condition to ensure our clients’ closed cycle of production from provisional project till an end product.

The cycle of production includes:

* Constructive and technological development;
* Pattern equipment production;
* Moulding of cast iron and steel castings;
* Moulding of ferous metals;
* Heat treatment;
* Machining;

Our clients know that they can discuss their ideas and conceptions together with us and their requirements about standards to be observed optimal way of moulding, property of metal and testing methods of intermediate and an end product. At the time of constructive and technical development we are simulating casting process with specialized software for optimization of the quality.

Due to the high quality requirements and wide range of products, we built and adopted our own production control system with the propose of strictly implement the process and monitoring of the castings, starting from the control of raw materials and complete with the finished product test. All tests are performed in accordance with confirmed methods in the testing laboratory in “BAMEX”.

On the production stage in the town of Karlovo are producing details of over 180 marks steel, iron, copper, bronze and aluminum with single weight to 1400 kg. In the mechanical department are processing about 60 % of the poured details by omnidirective and CNC machines, much of which subsequently are completed in meetings and finished products. The enterprise specializes in production of short, single-series details. We are accepting independent orders, which require treatment only by the lathe-milling centers.

Since the beginning of 2009 the production capacity of the company increased considerably through the acquisition of “Metal” – Plovdiv department – individual part of “Balcancar Record” Company. The production platform is specialized in serial manufacture of details with a single weight from 50 to 4500 kg. and an annual capacity of 5000 tons .

“BAMEX” JSC is certified since 2002 under requirements of ISO 9001:2000.

In 2008 we were approved as a supplier by the leading manufacturer of high-speed trains “Bombardier Transportation” in accordance with the requirements of SEAP II.
