The company Computrade was found on 2nd, December 1998 as joint-stock company with main field of activities - consulting, engineering, trade and production in the area of information technologies and telecommunications, as well as other activities not prohibited by the law. It is registered in the Trade register of Sofia Civil Court under the company case No. 14505/98. The company is managed by Board of Directors and Executive Director (Mr. Ventseslav Kolev).
History
Recognizing the need for a company that should provide superior quality and take a leadership in the booming system integration and consultations on information technology market, a group of high-qualified engineers and programmers created Computrade Jsc. in December 1998. Establishing its major office in Sofia, Computrade was found as one of the sellers of computer equipment, information and telecommunication services in Bulgaria. Now the company comprises of three subsidiaries: Computear Team ’97 Ltd., Computer Team Kosovo ISP - the third largest ISP in Kosovo, Wireless Team - wireless telecomunication systems installation,. The turnover of Computrade Jsc. and its subsidiaries is about 1.8 million USD / year.
Goal and Principles
The main goal of the company is to service clients from both the public and private sectors, i.e. manufacturing industry, trade, education, banks, government and non-government organizations. Company establishers’ idea is to offer their customers complete solutions - researching, projecting, advising on most appropriate products and suppliers, hardware and software delivery, service and training.
Computrade Jsc. employs 14 people working in the following fields - software, communications, trade, service, manufacturing and training. In order to guarantee the successful business company founders are committed to the following basic principles:
