“Wholesale Market Sofia ” JSC commences its activities in 1996 as a market of the manufacturers within the system of the municipal markets of “Mladost”, offering place for wholesale trade where the small manufacturers from the country realize their goods.
In 2000 the market-place was bought by Obnova 2000 Company LTD and reinstated its activities. Obnova 2000 LTD is a 100% private company.
In 2002 the Limited Liability Company was transformed into a joint-stock company Obnova 2000 JSC with a capital amounting to 51000 BGN allocated into 5100 registered shares with a face value of 10 BGN per share. In 2002 the Company was renamed to Wholesale Market Sofia JSC.
The market-place was registered and licensed in conformity with all the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation. The Company is a member of the Association of Wholesale Markets in Bulgaria and of the Bulgarian Industrial Association. |
