„ Chateau de Val ” was established in 1998 from Mr . Val Markoff with the intention to revive the tradition in the region of Vidin and to regain long forgotten qualitative and unique wine . Chateau de Val has enlarged the wine massifs with 500 more decares .

Chareau de Val is proud of the unique sort of wine called CLARET . Chateau de Val and produces also : „ Cabernet Sauvignon ”, „ Merlot ”, „ Chardonnay ” , „ Sauvignon Blanc ” and „ Couv e e ”. All our wines are produced in the traditional style ( natural grape production ), compulsory fermented and aged in American , French and Bulgarian oak barrels .

The wines of Chateau de Val are highly valued all over the world and have also been awarded with numerous prizes on many contests .
