Gastrade S.A. is the biggest importer of LPG in Bulgaria with an annual volume of more than 100 000 MT, which gives the company a market share of 30%. We deliver LPG to more than 500 customers, the most significant among which are OMV-Bulgaria (78 petrol stations) and Ekopetrolium (25 petrol stations). To operate its business the company uses 170 LPG RTCs and more than 50 LPG trucks. We have terminals for discharge of RTCs in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Rousse and Pleven. A storage facility in Sofia with a capacity of 10000 m3 of LPG is opened in December 2004. Meanwhile, we have acquired a plot of land on the Black Sea, near Varna for construction of LPG sea-terminal with a capacity of 10000 m3. Since 2001 Gastrade S.A. is the only supplier of fuel oil for the central heating of Sofia (more than 30000 MT per season).
In the retail business Gastrade S.A. possesses insignificant market share consisting of 7 petrol and gas stations in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Vratza, Pirdop, Botevgrad and Brestnitza.
The turnover of the company, for year 2004 is 42 million EUR, for year 2005 is 48 million EUR, which is an increase by 15%, compared to the previous year. The company is V.I.P.client of Bulgarian Post Bank and DSK Bank
