"Al & Co" JSC was founded in December 1995. The company has a head office in the town of Shumen, Bulgaria, 2 Tsvetan Zangov str. The company is established totally with a private capital and is represented by Zhivko Nikolov - the executive manager.

There are 150 employees working for "Al & Co". There is a very good social policy in the firm. The company has introduced one-stage system of management and a board of managers of three members.

The main subject of activity is trade with fuels, lubricants and tyres with annual turnover for 2006 at the rate of 22 579 thousand BGN without VAT. Since August 1997 the company set into exploitation through its associated "AMKO" Ltd. a line for consistent lubricants /greases/ with a production capacity 80 t. per month.

For our wholesale activity we have available our own base for storage of fuels with total capacity of 650 t. We possess our own specialized transport, consisted of 5 auto-cisterns, equipped with the necessary measuring apparatuses and 4 board trucks for oils and greases distribution.
