Founded in Plovdiv, in Dec. 2006 by several investors engages to the wood industry, Ahira Jsc. is will become the largest manufacturer and distributor of clean wood pellet fuel in Bulgaria.
The company is governed by a Board of Managers with a large experience in the industrial organization of wood treatment and renewable energy selling.

The facility design is the result of 8 years of experience in the wood pellet manufacturing business, and will represent the state-of-the-art in efficient pellet manufacturing. The plant site occupy 11.500 square meters of developed ground, with all manufacturing and warehousing contained within a 2.000 square meters building. The Rogosh plant is designed to produce approximately 10,000 tons per year of premium wood pellet fuel. Most is will bagged and shipped to a retail network of Italy, Greece and Bulgaria. The plant will purchases nearly 25,000 dry and green tons of wood residues each year from sources throughout the Rodopi mountain, providing a valuable market for wood waste and low grade timber resources.
Ahira’s plant represents a capital investment in excess of ? 3 million, designed to meet the growing demand and solidify its position as the largest, most competitive, and lowest cost producer of wood pellet fuel in Bulgaria.
Ahira Jsc. employs about 20 people in production and transportation in the Rogosh plant.

From Giu 2007, Ahira Jsc. makes the first steps to develop his strategy in energy selling projects. The project represents the distribution and installation of boilers for thermal energy generation using renewable energy resources. For this reason the company was created the partnership with a solid company’s represented on the Bulgarian and European market.
