In August 2007 COMECO changes company legal status from "limited" to "share" company with 2,142 million BGN share capital.
In December the subscribed capital was increased to 2,462 million BGN.Shareholders equity increases with 70%, profit - with 25%.
Construction begins on the COMECO-owned sales offices in Sofia and Stara Zagora.
