The Company had been established in 1990 as a collective firm named “ATIKA – R5” by arh.Petko Yovchev and arh.Rositza Yovcheva as partners. In 1992 the Company had been re-organized in “ATIKA –R5” Ltd. It had been re-registered in 1995 with new partners – arh.Lyudmila Kyosseva and arh. Desislava Evgenieva. In the year 2008 arh. Dessislava Evgenieva left the company and the vacancy was filled from eng. Todor Ivanov.

The Company works at present for foreign clients as: MCDONALD’S – Bulgaria, METRO CASH & CARRY – Bulgaria, FORD – MOTO PFOHE, RAIFFEISEN INVESTMENT, OMV – Bulgaria, BILLA, CONDOSKO DEVELOPMENT

The company has own office in the city-center of Burgas. At present, staff of 20 persons works with the company. Every one of them has his own workstation equipped with personal computer and works with the newest legalized versions of AUTOCAD, REVIT ARCHITECTURE, NEMETSCHEK ALLPLAN, 3D Studio MAX, CS3 Design Standard, Production Premium.
