The "Alko" company was establish on 15 July 1994 with verdict N 137 of the Haskovo country court.The address is : Sofia, "Gornobanski " Str. N114.

The company main work is building, production and trade in Bulgaria and abroad.

We have specialized in producing and installing of metal constructions and other metal products. We work at not so big areas because our purpose is to support a superior name in the building market with normal prices, good quality and term implement.

Production activities are orientated in the field of woodworking and building industry :

We have production facility in the wooden harbor "Topolite" near Varna city. There ,we have organized :

* sawmilling production in a separate building. We transform softwood and deciduous logs into sawn materials. We realize the manufacture by two log-frames and a circular saw line.
* production of family houses based on wooden module elements /panels/. We offer prefabricated wooden houses for bungalows, family houses, offices, clubs, hostels, health centers etc. Above-mentioned buildings are in accordance with up-to-date architectural requirements for the superior comfort and are also in conformity with the international standards for function, trustworthiness, heat and sound insulation.

The module system we are using give us an opportunity to construct buildings for different purposes and unlimited proportions. The elements are connected with special joints, made of softwood frames filled with mineral fibre, heat and sound resistant. Panel thickness - 120 mm. For lining of the panel, we use gypsum fibreboard, plywood and softwood cladding.
* other wooden products - alcoves, kennels, decorative fences, joinery (doors and windows), wooden cladding (wainscoting, flooring) etc.

Trade activities are organized in the country and abroad. We export wooden materials and products, prefabricated houses, metal constructions in the neighbor countries - Greece, Turkey, Macedony, where our company has taken its place in the market and has established traditional contacts with the partners.

Home trade is realizing by 42 stores situated on 2000 square meters area.
