ATIKA R5 was established in the year 1990 with partners
arch.Petko Yovchev and arch.Rossitza Yovcheva. In 1992 it was transformed into ATIKA - R5 LTD. In 1995 has been re-registered with new shareholders - arch.Lyudmila Kyosseva and arch.Desislava Evgenieva. Next re-registration of the company is carried out in 2008 - the place of arch. Desislava Evgenieva is occupied by eng.Todor Ivanov.

Main business activity is: Architectural design, management of investment projects and business activities in the country and abroad.

ATIKA - R5 LTD is a winner of awards of Business Initiative Direction - Madrid for Total Quality Management: "Gold Star"-2000, "Platinum Star-2001 and "Diamond Star"-2008.

In 2009, the system of quality management of the company is certified in compliance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 with scope of certification: Investment design, planning and project management.

Arh.Rossitza Yovcheva is winner of the prize "Architect of the Year" for 2002 for the project and realization of the Mirage Hotel - Burgas and arch. Lyudmila Kiosseva embodies the same prize for 2004 for the project and implementation of the Burgas Free University.
