Bulwork started the project in December 2002 and faced the challenge to recruit 500 qualified JAVA software developers. Later, 112 of them were hired in SAP Labs Bulgaria.
Hewlett-Packard Global Delivery Center
In August 2005 Bulwork faced the challenge of finding 100 qualified IT professionals (System and Networking Engineers) with German, French and English languages in just 4 weeks time. 72 of the candidates which we presented were chosen by HP for the day of the final interview and later were hired for the project. More than 400 candidates which we presented were hired by HP GDC in the first round.
Novell
In May 2007 Bulwork executed a market test for Novell. Bulwork successfully managed to collect 10 qualified and certified Linux engineers with excellent knowledge of English, French and German languages. Although the company decided not to open an office in Bulgaria, it offered Bulwork a long-lasting partnership hiring the approved candidates in Prague, Czech Republic.
PPD
PPD is a leading organization focused on clinical research for pharma industries.
Bulwork started the recruitment process with PPD in May, 2011. The company was
planning to open a Call & Support Center with 40 seats. Bulwork supported the
recruitment process providing suitable candidates which were later hired on medium
managment positions. Also Bulwork executed mass recruitment campaign to fill the open
positions of Associate IT Service Desk Technicians, Support Specialists, IT Coordinators.
Ingram Micro
In February, 2012 Bulwork established a partnership with Ingram Micro, one of the
global leaders in IT supply chain, ranked in Fortune 100. Bulwork was responsible for
recruiting the German speaking professionals for the following positions: Team Leader,
Sales, Category Specialists, Cash Apply Specialist, Order Processing Specialist. After
successfully establishing the German team Bulwork was also involved in the recruitment
and selection of Spanish, French and English speaking professionals for other teams
locally.
Optimal Payments
In 2013 Bulwork took part in the initial recruitment process for Optimal Payments – the
leading international online payment company. As a selected provider of recruitment
services, we were involved in the recruitment process for all Team Leaders with different
European languages. Additionally, we worked on the project of collecting candidates for
the CS positions with various European and Asian languages.
EPAM Systems
On March 16th, 2014 Bulwork faced the challenge of finding 50 qualified Software
Developers with 4 to 8 years of professional experience (Java, .NET, QA, SA) in just 2
weeks time for a Market test requested by the company. Bulwork has to compete with
another two agencies for this project. We presented successfully 63 candidates to the
client in the beginning of April 2014, more than the required number of people. The client
took decision to open a delivery center in Bulgaria in the end of 2014.
Xoomworks
In 2014 Bulwork started working with Xoomworks – an UK based company with
a leading role in the development of enterprise, web and mobile software applications.
Bulwork was involved in the successful recruitment of more than 10 experienced
employees for different positions and using various of technologies like – Java, .NET
etc for their core team in Sofia, Bulgaria. Together with the recruitment process,
Bulwork presented annual salary surveys and other market researches for the needs
of the client.
Delatek
In 2015 a Canadian company Delatek after Ukraine opened a new R&D center in Sofia,
Bulgaria. The company is specialized in developing world-class technologies, apps and
solutions for secure mobile communications. They develop encrypted technologies for
Android and Blackberry. Their main products are the Secure Pack —Secure Mail, Voice,
Chat and the Secure Phone. Bulwork fully supported the company with qualified staff
and 90% of the current employees were recruited by us.
Helecloud
On 21st of July 2016 we started a new project with Helecloud- an innovative company who operates in Cloud services. The idea was to build a unique team of Experts in Cloud technologies who can do support and consultancy for various international banking and financial institutions in West Europe
By the time we started this project we had only 7 days for finding 5 qualified engineers. We sent 45 sent applications and 5 of them were successfully hired after the interview process.
PariPlay
Pariplay is a new age multi-channel gaming business which develops, licenses and operates Real Money Gaming (RMG) games and systems globally.
In January 2017 Bulwork faced the challenge of finding 20 qualified professionals (Software developers, QA specialists, DevOps engineer, Art director, etc) for just 2 weeks. We presented more than 50 candidates and 12 of them were successfully hired by PariPlay in the first round. The company opened their office in Bulgaria in March 2017.
