The Bulgarian company "Kabinata" ("The Cabin") owner of the Kabinata.com website, has been selected as one of infoDev's top 50 innovative, technology-led small to medium enterprises.
The educational website has developed its own technology called the "Virtual Classroom". It facilitates teaching, sharing audio – and visual information and presentations.
"Thanks to this technology, we succeeded in training 17 000 Bulgarian teachers, or 12% of all teachers in Bulgaria, in 5 months in 2010," Todor Georgiev, owner of the company e3xplained before the Dnevnik daily.
The company will receive full assistance to attend the 2011 Global Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Helsinki, Finland in May 2011. They will also be matched with mentors, angels, corporate partners, and other incubators and have wonderful networking opportunities with other participants from around the globe.
