Architectural bureau "OLVI – Olekov, Vichev" was found in 1991 by Arch. Petar Olekov and Arch. Stanimir Vichev.

The bureau is specialized in the following areas of architecture: urbanism, residential buildings – individual and cooperative, office buildings, commercial buildings, hotels, sports and recreation buildings, industrial buildings, interior and landscape architecture.

The architectural bureau works in collaboration with engineers for developing comprehensive projects.

Most of our projects are already accomplished. The bureau has succeeded in many national and international competitions.
