gigi has been established by Plovdiv District Court in 1990 and enlisted in Plovdiv Commercial Register with general trading subject of activities.

During 1994 the company has became broker-representative of the manufacturer of engine driven forklift trucks BALKANCAR - RECORD, Plovdiv at Plovdiv Stock Exchange.

In 1995 from occasional sales the company has succeeded to infiltrate the Romanian market of electric- and engine-driven trucks and related to this consumables and spare parts, as sole representative of BALKANCAR - RECORD, Plovdiv and BALKANCAR 6 SEPTEMVRI, Sofia.

In 1995 we have been awarded "Gold Medal" prize at Bucharest Fair for our products. Our joint aim then was to keep the good name of the trademark "BALKANCAR" on the market.

In 1998 the company has got the control on the supply of Bulgarian accumulators and battery packs in Romania together with our partner VECTRA-EXIM Company, Bucharest.

During 2000, together with our partners in Romania, we have doubled our total turnover, related to the two previous years.
