Pre-Planning Land
It is now widely recognized that investing in land is a realistic option for even smaller investors, creating a new tier in the property market. Known as Pre-Planning Purchase, it enables investors to purchase an interest in a freehold plot or plots within an overall site at the pre-planning stage. The return on investment comes from the change in planning status. The beauty of this kind of investment is that, as well as the security, the land can escalate in value anywhere between 100% to 150% when outline planning permission is granted.

Our Current Land Site
Located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Banya, very close to the region’s main administrative centre Karlovo, our ‘Banya Meadows’ land site has fantastic development potential. ‘Banya’ is the Bulgarian word for ‘Bath’, and it is Bulgaria’s best known Spa town. It is famous for its curative mineral waters and there are 10 thermal mineral springs (three of which make swimming pools). There is also a casino, sports grounds, indoor training halls and a specialized rehabilitation hospital called Banya National Complex.

Development On The Site
The main reason Bulgarian Investments purchased the Banya Meadows site is because of its excellent development potential. The government is now building Bulgaria’s National Academy for Sports in Banya, including new tennis courts, footballs pitches and even a new golf course. Banya Meadows is located 12 km south of the beautiful town of Karlovo, 47 km north of the city of Plovdiv(Bulgaria’s second largest city) and 15 km northeast of the spa town Hissarya .
