CIR GOLDEN REST concentrates on modern and effective service, meeting all the requirements of the European Union. In order to achieve this we work with highly skilled and qualified staff.

Most of the people working in CIR GOLDEN REST have been selected with the establishment of the company on the Bulgarian market in 2001. Most of our employees have a solid working experience in public catering and restaurant business.

At present CIR GOLDEN REST operates with 90 employees and a small body of executives. Most of them are in the headquarters in Varna, and the rest of the staff operates in Tervel and Kaspichan.

The management personnel in the different sections of the company are trained according to the contemporary needs of catering service. The managers and chefs go regularly to a training courses in the headquarters if CIR in Reggio Emilia.
