Bates is specialized in various fields of property development, construction and project management. We operate from offices in Sofia, Belgrade, Podgorica, Zagreb and Bucharest and from project offices in Ljubljana, Kazakhstan and Skopje. Through this set of arrangements, we are fully able to manage activities in the regions of South-Eastern Europe and Central Asia.

We firmly believe that the key to our success in the region lays in the ability to effectively enforce international standards, while respecting local conditions that can influence a project, such as compliance with the existing practices, procedures and habits. It is this combination of international and local experience that has made us an attractive partner for many Western companies.

The company was established in 1993. While developing we have expanded our Bates family adding local branches in Bulgaria - Bates Bulgaria OOD, in Romania - Bates Interational S.R.L , in Serbia -BATES d.o.o, in Croatia - BATES Zagreb d.o.o, in Kazakhstan in cooperation with Design Master Studio, and in Montenegro - Bates d.o.o.

In FYROM we act as a representative office under trade name of BATES Skopje.

In 2007 a new office in Montenegro was established.

Thus far, we have been involved in numerous projects in commercial, industrial, office, residential and leisure development sectors.
