Aval In AD is a joint-stock company incorporated in 1994.
In June 1997, the company received a license from the Bulgarian National Securities Commission to carry on business as an investment intermediary within Bulgaria.
In October 2000, the company was also licensed to effect transactions in securities abroad.
Aval In AD is member of the Central Depository AD, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange-Sofia AD, and the Bulgarian Association of Licensed Investment Intermediaries (BALII).
