The Barristers’ Association „Emanuil Georgiev & Co.” was incorporated in 2007 in the city of Sofia by the partners and managers: Emanuil Georgiev, Ilona Georgieva and Lubomir Georgiev.
The Association performs the following activities: provision of verbal and written consultation and statements on issues of the law; elaboration of all kinds of drafts for contrcts and documents - applications, claims, petitions, complaints etc., related to the appointed work by the Association’s clients; performance of representation, including procedural representation of the trustees and defended persons and protection of their rights and legal interests before the authorities of the courts of law, administration authorities and bodies, as well as before real persons and legal entities; performance of any other activities, which the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria allows to be performed by barristers’ associations.
Defense and consulting in the fields of civil law, property law, business law, tax law, employment and social security law, criminal law, banking law, and insurance law.
Consulting in the field of purchases and sales of real-estate properties.
Patent representation at the Patent Authority of the Republic of Bulgaria in the field of trademarks and industrial samples and in the field of inventions and useful models.
