All of our customers have prior experience in the childcare and home maintenance and speak foreign languages – English, German, French, Spanish, Scandinavians, Russian,, etc. MaxConsultGroup examines their mental and body health and guarantees for their proper criminal records. We interview each candidate separately and check-up his references, linguistic knowledge, we prepare short video profile in which the au-pair applicant is introducing himself to the would be host family.

We assist the host families and our clients by organizing of telephone interviews, visa procedures, translation and legalization of required documents, booking in possibly the best way their air or bus travel to the receiver country.
