We specialize in temporary employment, coaching and support of qualified and motivated temporary staff /employees for companies and employers in the Netherlands and Belgium.
All of our employees are from Bulgaria, specifically selected to meet our customers requirements.

The increasing shortage of both skilled and unskilled labour in both the Netherlands and Belgium has led to the foundation of I.R.S. Ltd. Even though Bulgaria is a full-fledged member of the EU, Bulgarian employees/workers still have to clear a few hurdles, among others obtaining a work permit. Until January 1st, 2009 at which time the borders will truly open up.
