The Iliyantsi Bazaar has been well-known to all inhabitants of the capital city since the 60-ies of the 20th century. Subject to continuous refurbishment and updating it is still the greatest and most modern market centre on the Balkans.
Occupying an area of 160,000 sq.m. in Nadezhda Quarter located in the north-west part of Sofia, the Trade Centre provides wholesale and retail trade area to more than 1,500 Bulgarian and foreign companies, offering a great variety of clothes, shoes, children's toys, beauty care products, household goods, electrical appliances, industrial and many more kinds of goods and services. Statistical data shows that every day, more than 25,000 customers from Sofia, the country, and Europe visit Iliyantsi Bazaar.
The Trade Centre offers to its customers and guests a guarded parking lot for 2,500 cars, as well as bus-parking spots. The bazaar is supplied with snack bars, restaurants and cafes, which may be used as a comfortable place for business meetings, among others. The available bank branch office and HVB Bank Biochim JSC's ATMs facilitate further the operation of the Trade Centre.
